
At Finesse Fitness Studio & Pain Management Clinic, we are passionate about helping people who have suffered an acute injury or who suffer with chronic pain. We support, guide and help them return to fitness while minimising the risk of recurrence of the injury. We look at the person and we are multifaceted in our approach. We take the person and design bespoke programmes fit for their needs. We offer our clients a very comprehensive Personal Training programme, here at Finesse. We focus on functional movement, balanced nutrition and creating healthy lifestyle habits to help you achieve your goals. No matter where you're starting from, we can help you get where you want to go, safely, effectively and sustainably.
Our programmes are bespoke and depending on what your needs are it may include some of the following, all of the following or we may add additionally areas in: it all depends on what you need:
- Consultation & Goal Setting:
you must sign a commitment form or contract and service level agreement which we will sign also giving you a guarantee that we are in for the journey too. - Medical screening:
we’ll go through a screening for any injuries, underlying medical conditions that may affect your training & or diet. - Measurements:
we’ll take your before photo, body fat, muscle mass, and body measurements, we encourage people not to focus on these, but sometimes they are a useful tool in tracking your progress. - A comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire:
we’ll find out about you, are you a party animal or a couch & cuppa tea kind of person. - Nutrition Questionnaire:
we need to know where you are with your food, is it pizza and chips for dinner or quinoa & baked fish.
You’ll get with our programme:
- PRIVATE training, one 2 one attention with no onlookers
- A menu planed out for you based on information we got from you in the lifestyle/nutrition questionnaire, this will include some recipes to get you eating differently.
- RESULTS – if you do what we tell you, you’ll get the results you want, it’s that simple.
- Encouragement, we don’t believe in shouting at you. You want the best out of you & so do we; we’ll help in any way we can to get you there.
- Regular weigh-ins and body composition analysis, we try not to focus on the scales, but sometimes before and after photos or seeing the body fat percentage or weight come down (or go up) is the motivation you’ll need
- If you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance you’ll see minutes been taken off your PB’s in whatever discipline you practice.
You may also choose to split the cost of the training and go for semi private training, with a friend or partner, terms & conditions apply. If you chose this option be clear that it is semi private and the instructors’ energy is split with two people.
