Finesse 45' is a Pilates inspired conditioning class. Using body weight, light studio weights and TRX suspension trainers, the workout will follow the basic principles of Pilates.
The basic principles of Pilates are
- effective breathing practice
- pelvic, rib cage, shoulder, neck & head placement
- effective core muscle engagement
- conscious, controlled movement
The class will be low impact, high in muscle burn and giving the participant a balance of strengthening, lengthening and mobility. A fantastic alternative to high impact classes.
Suitable for most fitness levels, a good knowledge of your core abilities is helpful.
