About Pilates Conditioning

Pilates by its very nature is a conditioning form of exercise, however we’ve designed our very own style of Pilates Conditioning Classes for those who like a faster paced class. This class is designed around the basic principles of Pilates and is ‘low impact’ but ‘high intensity’. It is kind on the joints and will develop strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance. We pull out all the tools in our toolkit for this class, weights, suspension trainers, booty bands, and lots more fun small equipment to make you sweat! The only way to enjoy this class is to try it.
