Mixed Level Matwork
A dynamic and functional class that will get you moving and your muscles working. Give your body a much-needed break from the desk, grab your mat and join in. This class is suitable for people who have some pilates experience. Options will be given for all exercises to make them more challenging or less challenging. Work with your body, never through pain and if you’re not sure, then leave it out.
What You’ll need:
None of the equipment is required as we will give alternatives to each movement for no equipment. If you prefer to follow along with equipment have the following to hand:
- Hand weights
- Soft ball/cushion
- Chair or something to use for balance
As always, if it doesn’t feel right in your body, don’t do it.
