The Postnatal Pelvic Floor & Exercise
A total of 4 CPD points that includes 1 hour pre-reading

- How to effectively screen Postnatal women for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
- Understand what the results mean
- Know when to refer to a specialist
- Know how to begin an exercise programme with considerations in mind
Workshop 2 at 2pm-5pm
Working with Diastasis Recti
A total of 4 CPD points that includes 1 hour pre-reading
- What is DRAM
- How to Assess DRAM
- How to train a client safely
- Know when to refer
