Online Pilates Classes
Our lunchtime live Pilates Classes are designed to keep you active and moving even if you can’t make it to the studio. Keep your core strong, muscles flexible and joints nimble from your at home Pilates Studio.
Monday – Friday at 12.30-1.15 we host a live Pilates class from our very own Pilates Conditioning to our style of Matwork and we like to finish the week with a nice Pilates Stretch or Restorative Pilates.
Classes are live, but don’t worry if you can’t make it at the time. Book in, let us know by email that you’d like to do the class at your convenience and we’ll send the class recording directly to your inbox.
These classes are included in all our memberships but for the duration of the pandemic non members are welcome too. Drop in classes may be purchased for €5 or our monthly unlimited online class pass is €45.
Always remember when doing classes at home:
- Stop if it hurts
- Know your body limits
- Go at your own pace
If you’re pregnant and are considering doing some of our online classes please note:
It is not recommended that you take up a new form of exercise in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Please do not attend an online class if you have been advised by your primary care physician not to exercise.
If you have been doing regular Pilates up to your pregnancy and you are not experiencing any problems in the early stages such as spotting, extreme nausea etc then you can participate in the class, but make sure you listen to your body.
Once bump is starting to show, then your abdominal muscles need more specialised care and attention than is allowed in any of our online lunchtime classes. These classes are not designed with pregnancy in mind. Please get in touch for our recommendations of where to find the class for you.
